Return Policy

  • Triad is not responsible for compatibility issues with user supplied equipment used in conjunction with Triad manufactured equipment
  • Customer is responsible for installing and configuring all products unless otherwise assigned to system integrator to do such installation.
  • Customer is also responsible for site survey to determine line of site compliance,
    tower height and terrain issues. 
  • Triad products may be returned unopened within 30 days of sale for credit or exchange with Triad’s authorization.
  • Products that are opened may be returned within 30 days of sale, with authorization, but will be subject to a 35% restocking charge. (RA # obtained from Triad must be provided on all returned merchandise.)
  • Damaged products shall be pro-rated accordingly on an individual basis, and all other returns are subject to individual manufactures discretion.
  • Damage due to shipping must be settled with the shipper.
